This internship will provide the opportunity to develop workforce skills, a deep understanding of environmental issues and public policy, and conduct outreach within the City of Camden to educate residents about recycling and waste reduction.
Interns will develop community outreach materials, presentations, and gain professional skills. This is an opportunity to contribute to local environmental education and gain valuable experience.
This 7-week internship will take place from 9:30am-3:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning July 7, 2026 and ending August 21st. There will be weekly trips that may take place on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays depending on vendor availability. Open office hours will be held on Tuesday and Thursdays where interns may work additional hours. Interns are compensated $16 an hour for their participation and will receive payment on a twice-monthly basis.
